Location next to the city center and the bus stations and restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were amicable and helpful and assisted us with free parking. Great value room, huge bathroom.

The coffee shop within the hotel also served delicious breakfast, which my companions and I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend 7 Days Premium for a pleasant stay in Phnom Penh.

The smoking policy was not enforced, which made it difficult to enjoy our non-smoking room. the hallways and lobby were consistently filled with smoke and guests smoking in non-designated areas.

The excessive smoking permitted in the hallways, stairwells, and lobby of the hotel was a significant downside during our stay. Non-smoking rooms were also not smoke-free due to guests smoking outside in front of their doors.
